TJC’s FAQ Documents

Thanks to Dr. Patty Sengstack at Vanderbilt for sharing links to to two new FAQs that have been posted on Joint Commission’s website.  The first one addresses, “Documentation Challenges when Providing Care while Operating under an Emergency Operations Plan.”  The second FAQ addresses the “Use of ASCs as Alternative Care Sites for Hospitals.” They are really “Frequently Asked Questions” but they share documentation expectations during the pandemic.
